I had an absolutely perfect stay at Xanh La Homestay in Hoi An. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and stylish bathroom. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center and close to shops and restaurants. The family who owns the homestay was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They even helped me arrange transportation and provided delicious breakfasts with fresh mangoes from their garden. The air conditioning worked perfectly to keep me cool, and I appreciated the complimentary drinking water. I highly recommend this homestay for its exceptional accommodations and fantastic value for money.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a bathroom with a large showerhead. the host family was super friendly and helpful, providing us with umbrellas when it rained and lending us bikes to explore the area. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. They even allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out and offered us the chance to take a shower before our flight.
The bathroom door was made of glass, which lacked privacy and could be uncomfortable. the towels were not changed during our stay and the room was not cleaned.

The brand new homestay has the privacy and facilities of a hotel, with the personal touch of a homestay. The lovely host, with excellent English, gave a free personal tour and even a bag of fruit when leaving. The comfortable room had a mini fridge, air con, TV, and WiFi. Breakfast was amazing with a huge range of food. The separate entrance allowed for easy access. The spacious bathroom had a huge showerhead. The location was fantastic, with free bikes available and walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

the family who runs the homestay, Lam and her family, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. the room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a great shower and air conditioning. Every morning, Lam and her husband prepared fantastic breakfasts with traditional noodles, eggs, baguettes, and plenty of fruit. I even had the opportunity to join the extended family for a delicious Vietnamese dinner one evening.
Not obvious to find 👀.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this homestay. the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just around the corner in the residential alleys. the room was like a five-star hotel, clean, modern, and comfortable. the bathroom was beautiful, with a huge showerhead that made for a refreshing start to the day. the service was exceptional, with the staff being lovely and helpful in arranging taxis and tours. And let's not forget about the breakfast, it was absolutely delicious with a wide range of options to choose from.
That the gate closes at around 11pm, but the host didn't mind what time we came back.

The location of this homestay was excellent, with all the beautiful places in easy walking distance. The family running the place were friendly and helpful, and they provided a huge and delicious breakfast every morning. The room was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large shower. The hostess even gave me a free personal tour around the city on her scooter, which was a great experience. the homestay had a good balance of hotel-like facilities and homestay charm.
That the homestay did not have a proper garden, only a front courtyard. there was a period of non-stop rain during my stay and it was difficult to dry anything as everything was wet.
